Secrets Of The Poe House

The Poe House and Museum in Baltimore is now closed to the public. It was closed by the city of Baltimore on September 28th, 2012. It is hoped that it will re-open sometime in late 2013. Please follow us here, on Facebook and Twitter, as we keep you updated!

The City of Baltimore has contracted with The B&O Railroad Museum to create and install new exhibits, and to consult with a new entity, "Poe Baltimore, Inc.", created by the City of Baltimore in October of 2012, to eventually operate the Poe House.

A full timeline of events regarding this transition from CHAP/Baltimore City to the new organization is coming soon.
